We're in a time of crisis, and some of us need empowering practices to keep strong, grounded, and able to withstand whatever news or chaos might come our way. Depth practices, or “soul work,” is the focus of this experiential program. It’s a powerful symbolic medium that the deep parts of the psyche can understand.
Let’s explore this myth together and see how it might be possible for us to develop the power to stand whole and strong when things crumble around us.
