All animals naturally dissociate into a “zone” of an altered state for rest and recovery. As a trained hypnotherapist, I believe that intentionally accessing The Zone stimulates higher levels of the brain.
Attachment Theory is a scientific approach that includes both interpersonal and developmental concepts. It helps us identify patterns in child and adult attachments with significant others that can be re-programmed with specific interventions.
